• CGS BPO INDIA Walkin Drive Fresher & Experience For International Voice Process – Hyderabad.
• CGS BPO India is looking for dynamic individuals with excellent English communication skills for our International Voice Process.
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Shift: Rotational (Must be flexible for all shifts).
• Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Job Overview:

• We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for our International Technical Voice Support team.
• The role involves assisting global customers via calls, emails, and chat, resolving technical queries, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound international customer calls.
• Provide technical support through call, email & chat.
• Resolve customer issues with accuracy.

Key Skills:

• Excellent English communication (Spoken & Written).
• Strong listening & customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
• Positive attitude, patience & ability to work in a team.
