Salary Structure (Freshers):

• In-hand Salary: Rs. 16,000 to 20,000/- per month.

• Variable Pay.

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for customers via chat, email, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Offer prompt and professional solutions to technical inquiries.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient solutions.
