Job Description:

• CGI is hiring for Apprentice.

• A positive attitude to continued learning. Competencies Resourcing Implement Staffing plan solution Forecasting Delivery/Business Engagement Bench Management Employee engagement Succession Planning Demand & Supply Management ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle Core resourcing activities like allocation; staffing plan with the business.
• Manage Ramp-downs and ramp-ups effectively.
• Provide management with capability; forecast and headcount data to plan for all their staffing needs.
• Demand and Supply Management along with maximum utilization of available resources by proper allocation and resource management.
• Partner with managers to retain; develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
• Working with business groups assess; create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client groups.
• Work with onsite counterparts as well for potential onshore opportunities for offshore members.
• Handle employee grievances and provide counselling with respect to career path within the scope of the role.
• Proven skill in the operation and utilization of softwares such as Microsoft Word for Windows PowerPoint  Excel & Macros etc.
• Closely coordinate with the Pre-sales/Engagement Directors to understand future incoming business. Monitor progress of requisitions with recruitment team and ensure back up offers are made on time.
