- Graduates in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
- High Energy Level, Self-Motivated, Motivation for Sales.
- Good knowledge of excel and power point.
- Good knowledge of the city and Local Language.
Job Description:
- Understanding all the micro markets of the city from a commercial Real Estate perspective.
- Regular follow up from landlords to seek information and payment follow ups from Landlords.
- Tracking all supply (space available) in existing buildings , upcoming supply (secondary space & New projects) by interacting with all the landlords and developers.
- Listing these available options for all Transaction Managers based on the office space requirements of prospective tenants
- Visiting sites at all stages of development, from green field to foundations and completed buildings & writing detailed reports on property for purposes such as rent reviews, investment potential, valuations for mortgages and other purposes, marketability and building surveys.
