Job Description:

• Understanding all the micro markets of the city from a commercial Real Estate perspective.
• Regular follow up from landlords to seek information and payment follow ups from Landlords.
• Tracking all supply (space available) in existing buildings , upcoming supply (secondary space & New projects) by interacting with all the landlords and developers.
• Listing these available options for all Transaction Managers based on the office space requirements of prospective tenants
• Visiting sites at all stages of development, from green field to foundations and completed buildings & writing detailed reports on property for purposes such as rent reviews, investment potential, valuations for mortgages and other purposes, marketability and building surveys.
