Job Description:

• Cardinal Health is hiring for 12 months apprenticeship program in Java – Bangalore Location.
• Perks and benefits: Cab facilities, Stipend of 30k/month.

What are we looking for?

The primary attribute we are looking for is ATTITUDE, a willingness to learn, a hunger to experiment and not be afraid to fail, be a team player and do whatever is needed to make our customers use our solutions effectively. In addition to the above you must possess the following competency & attributes:

• Completed Engineering in Computer Science or Information Science or Master of Computer Applications (without any backlogs).
• Completion in the year 2022-2024.
• Consistently have an Aggregate/Average score of 7.5 CGPA & more.

Good understanding of:

• Networking, Operating System Architecture, Linux commands, Shell Scripting etc.
• Programming basics in python/Java (anyone) with logical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on Integration tools -Confluent Kafka and its architecture/components.
• Must have knowledge and/or experience in the various aspects of Software Development Life Cycle such as designing, writing elegant code with proper comments/documentation, writing unit tests, performing integration testing, and working with functional experts to understand the requirements.
• Must be self-driven and have a hunger for technology.
• Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach in delivering software that optimizes technology architecture across business needs and keeping in mind technology constraints.
• Must have very strong written and communication skills that can help influence stakeholders.
• Must have the humility to back out in the face objections or when better options exist.

How are we going to select you?

• The recruitment process would include In person Test and interviews.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Certifications or relevant training undergone in Java.
