Job Description:
- Capgemini is hiring Freshers for technical support engineer role in Bangalore.
- Shifts: 24/7 shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Marksheet and Final Degree Certificates are mandatory.
- Has the experience and technical skills necessary to participate in the Support and Enhancement of business systems.
- Highly developed in Oral and written communication, articulation and technical writing skills.
- Excellent Problem solving and Trouble shooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
- Extremely high level of analytical ability where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult.
- Will be working closely with Business users in supporting and enhancing the applications.
- Comfortable to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, and elicit work output in a team environment.
