Job Description:

• Capgemini is hiring for B.Com Fresher – Noida.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• 0-1 years of experience in finance or related field (Freshers can apply).
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, finance & accounts concepts, taxation laws etc. .
• Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills both written & verbal.
• Night shifts are MANDATORY For this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of company’s financial transactions using Tally ERP software.
• Provide support to senior finance team members on ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
