Job Overview:

• We as quality analyst will work together to maintain the product quality by rectifying the errors.
• To avoid the future escalations that affects the quality of the product.
• When it is about the product quality it also includes the product satisfaction of the customer with 100% accuracy.
• We audit the calls made by the other teams (Voice process teams) and rectify the errors.

Job Role:

• We are looking for a creative professional who is best at understating the protocols and enthusiastic being a part of team’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

• We need to be assured that the audits performed has no further escalations.
• Describing and keeping a note on the number of escalations.
• Audits are performed by following certain protocols.
• Understand business requirements and translate to decision and fulfill them.
• Should be good at handling stress.
• Should coordinate individually and as a team.
• Continuously learn and stay current with latest tools, technology, and learning new concepts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Freshers / 6 Months / 1 years of Experience is most preferred.
• Fresher’s with Excellent Verbal Communication Skills (English is Mandatory).
• Fluent in Hindi/Kannada/Telugu, it is added advantage if one knows two languages.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to gel and work well within a team.
• Good at working with Excel Sheets, Gmail and Google Documents.
• Priority for Immediate joiners.
