Job Position: Testing Engineer (Manual QA Engineer)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers with valid Certification in Testing can apply, with 70% marks in 10th, 12th & UG).
• Currently only open to male candidates.

Job Description:

• BORN Group is looking for QA Engineer to join our award winning team.
• The successful candidate will work with the QA team and will be responsible for the QA solutions of the projects.

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing QA support for an ecommerce or other large mission critical system.
• Tool proficiency: HP QC, QTP, Selenium and any mid/large scale ecommerce platform experience is a plus
• Experience of 0-4 years in Web Application Testing.
• Freshers must be certified in Testing, with 70% aggregate marks across 10th, 12th & UG.
• Familiarity with the Tools used for Bug tracking.
• Hands on experience with JIRA, WIKI and/or Zephyr applications.
• Experience in authorizing Test Conditions and Test Cases.
• Extensive experience in using Automation tools like Selenium.
• Hands on experience in UNIX, Linux, Win X, Oracle, Java, VB and ASP.
• Have a strong understanding of quality assurance and testing processes within an Agile environment with an eye toward innovating and improving test processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set the overall test strategy for the company
• Oversee, manage and mentor our QA teams across ongoing projects.
• Manage the utilization/control and deployment of all QA resources across multiple projects.
• Increase overall operational efficiencies, implement new process and automation or tracking software as required to achieve these goals.
• Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality-assurance practices, understanding the needs of the clients, and incorporating new strategies to ensure best possible results.
• Work with the operational /development /performance and maintenance teams to increase efficiency across the whole operation.
• Above all, lead the QA teams into new frontiers of testing automation.
• As part of your management of the division, identify and clearly communicate issues, risks, concerns, and successes to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing reports into the success of the team and for individual projects.
  Liaise with the onshore operations in US.

Note:

• Timings for this role is 7.30 pm – 4.00 am IST (US Time Zone).
• Cab facilities are currently not available, the candidates have to commute on their own.
