Job Description:

• BigBasket is hiring for Customer Support Associate – Hyderabad.
• We are Looking for Talented Customer Service Executive Professionals.
• First 3 Months WFO, Post that WFH (In every 2 months 6 days WFO if required).
• Freshers Salary 2 LPA.
• Work Location: Kondapur.

About the Job:

• The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction.
• Job requires you to understand the customer’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
• As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree).
• Strictly No to BTech, MBA and PG Freshers.
• Freshers and candidates with experience in BPO sector.
• Languages Required: English, Hindi & Telugu or English, Hindi & Marathi or English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Possess good communication skills in mentioned languages English, Hindi & Telugu or English, Hindi & Marathi or English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Must be a Team Player.
• Have a good attitude – Should be committed to the work.
• Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45 PM (any 9 Hours).
• Typing Speed: Min 20 to 25 WPM.
• Age Limit: 30 Years.
