Job Description:

• Bank of America is hiring for Team Member – Hyderabad, Gandhinagar.
• Associate will report to a Process Supervisor in back-office/middle-office delivery environment.
• Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
• Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
• Knowledge of the department’s or business unit’s functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
• Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
• Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.

Campus hiring eligibility for students as listed below.

• Final year graduates with 60% score in the last semester OR CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10 in the last semester.
• No Active Backlogs.
• Students should be keen on an operations desk-job and should be open for night shifts.
• Students should be willing to join in any locations namely – Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Gurugram/GIFT City.
