Job Description:

  • Job Summary: Responsible for answering queries and resolving customer issues through inbound calls and emails within a given TAT.
  • Job Role: Answering Customer E-mails & Calls.

Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:

  • Attend to calls and emails from customers. Resolve customer queries/issues on call.
  • Raise the required orders in SAP based on the set guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and qualitative information to customers on every call and email.
  • Promote teamwork and project success.
  • Ability to understand what makes the customer tick.
  • Implement all feedback given by supervisors.
  • Clarify updates with supervisors to obtain full understanding of the information requested.
  • Participate in periodic conference calls with North American clients during performance reviews.
  • Familiarize & Adhere to TBSSL information security & quality policies and standards.
  • Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all times.
  • Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
  • Reporting information security incidents immediately.
  • Reports to: Team Manager.
  • Relationship: Peers/Customers.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Candidates needs to have a Passport, Driving License and PAN Card for Background Check/Verification and as Address Proof.

Desired Skills:

  • Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, Clear & Logical thinker.
  • Aptitude: Customer Service, Process orientation, Systems savvy.
  • PC proficiency – Internet, Outlook, Word & Excel, Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent written communication skill spelling, vocabulary, grammar, punctuation etc.
  • Very Good verbal communication and documentation skills.
  • Good typing skill minimum 30 words per minute.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Logical thinking ability.
