Job Description:
- Excellent opportunity for freshers who are willing to learn and explore IT industry.
- Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients.
- Strictly adhere to the escalation process and inculcate best practices.
- Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved.
- Tagging Incidents/Service Request and recording.
- Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues.
- Troubleshoot customers issues over the Phone system.
- Structuring or classifying multiple pieces of information and develop troubleshooting approach.
- Ensure end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.
- Applicant should be willing to take initiatives and ownership of issues and drive it to closure.
- Educate the customer regarding the PC maintenance.
- Adherence to accuracy and quality in output delivery.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Ready to work in a 24×7 environment across shifts.
