Job Description:

• Excellent opportunity for freshers who are willing to learn and explore IT industry.
• Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients.
• Strictly adhere to the escalation process and inculcate best practices.
• Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved.
• Tagging Incidents/Service Request and recording.
• Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues.
• Troubleshoot customers issues over the Phone system.
• Structuring or classifying multiple pieces of information and develop troubleshooting approach.
• Ensure end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.
• Applicant should be willing to take initiatives and ownership of issues and drive it to closure.
• Educate the customer regarding the PC maintenance.
• Adherence to accuracy and quality in output delivery.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
• Ready to work in a 24×7 environment across shifts.
