Job Description:
- This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term.
- First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.
Program Term:
- This is for One Year TERM.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Gain knowledge current productivity and collaboration Tools.
- Work With Sr. Colllaboration team members.
- Follow document process for resolving customer tickets.
- Work with vendors and Sr. team members to resolve complex issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of networking, Operations Systems and Web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of MS office and Mobile Apps.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Quick learner and able to follow document processes.
What Would Set You Apart:
- Information system Coursework – Networking, Operating systems.
- Some knowledge of Collaboration tools – MS office, Slack, MS teams, One Drive.
- Good communication skills.
