Job Description:

• Amazon hiring MBA HR Freshers for Backend HR Operations.
• Amazon looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join new Employee Resources team located in Hyderabad.
• The Employee Resource Center – ERC Associate in Hyderabad will work closely with the ERC team in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees.
• Shifts: Night Shifts, Would be required in 24×7 environment on a rotational basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• HRMS data management and support HR process for the US region
• Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and discrepancies in data for correction.
• Ensure data standards and integrity procedures.
• Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance and job transfer.
• Match findings with data information in the system for the right outcome.
• Communicate to leads/managers on data findings and escalations.
• Demonstrate highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Understand impacts of changes in PeopleSoft system and how these will impact Internal/external interfaces.
• Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
• Submit any corrections needed through Trouble Ticketing, SharePoint and defect log tracking in consultation with the SME.

• This job is 6 months Contractual on Amazon payrolls which will be converted based on performance and business requirement.
