• Amazon Hiring – Digital and Device Alexa Support  Chat, Virtual Customer support and Virtual Technical Support (International Voice Process), Customer Support (Chat), International Voice Process – Hyderabad.
• Work Location:  Hyderabad (Work from office and Work from Home).

Job Profiles:

• Customer support Chat (Work from Office).
• Digital & device Chat Support (Work from Office).
• Virtual Customer Support (Work from home).
• Virtual Technical support International Voice Process (Work from home).
• International Voice process (Work from Office).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent Communication skills in English is a must.

• Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs.

Salary:

• Digital & device Alexa Support and VTS  International voice process – 2.8 LPA – 3.3 LPA.

• Digital and Device Chat Support – 2.2 LPA- 2.6 LPA.
• International voice process – 2.6 LPA – 3.1 LPA.
