Job Description:
- Amazon is hiring Digital and Device Technical Support Associates for Voice and Non Voice profiles (both Work from Home and Work From Office).
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office & Work from Home).
- Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs (Includes Night Shifts).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must have excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
- You are Not eligible, If you are pursuing any regular course and also if you have attended any Amazon Customer service interviews in the last 3 months.
