Job Description:

• Amazon is hiring for Transaction Risk Investigator.

• Role Overview: As a Transaction Risk Investigator, you will take ownership of customer issues and advocate for their success while providing high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.

Job Details:

• Role Type: Seasonal (Fixed Term Contract for 6 months)
• Work Model: Work From Home (Available in approved states: Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal).
• Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) with 2 consecutive days off every 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that pose risks to Amazon and our customers.
• Ensure high-quality decisions by applying CTPS standard operational procedures.
• Identify known fraud patterns and discover new trends to minimize risks.
• Utilize a range of tools to research transactions and gather data for accurate decision-making.
• Help minimize Amazons financial, legal, and reputational risks while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
• Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Prerequisites:

• Education: Bachelors Degree (Recent graduates must provide provisional and consolidated marksheets).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills to provide effective solutions.
