- BTech in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-1 years experience in Development, testing, and/or Support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
- Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with programming languages Java or C++.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in 24×7 on-call support (on rotation basis).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of support – tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.
- Ability to do scripting (any one of Shell, Perl, Python etc).
