Job Description:

• Alorica Mega Walkin Drive For International Non Voice Process.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum: 10 + 2 years of formal education and any graduation.
• The candidate should have good command over English – fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support and resolve customer queries on call and chat
• Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words.
• Research, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift).

Salary:

• Fresher: 2.6 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance.
• Experience: 3.2 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance.
