- Should have good communication Skills.
- Candidate who are will to do rotational shifts (Front-end role for US Clients).
Job Responsibilities:
- Trainee Level Support: Windows Desktops.
- IT Helpdesk support.
- User Accounts Creation/Renaming/Deletion.
- Antivirus (Symantec, AVG, McAfee), Installation.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Monitor Windows 2008/2012 Operating System services Monitor the event logs.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
- This role is for our IT Managed Services Team who offer 24/7 IT Support for our US Clients.
