Job Description: 

• Adobe is hiring for Apprentice (Technical Consultant).
• Work Model & Shift Hybrid working from Adobe’s Bangalore office.
• In office routine will be decided by the assigned team.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

About Adobe Customer Services:

• The ACS professional services team works directly with Adobe’s customers and partners to match business problems to technology.
• The team provides technical skills on the ground with customers, defines implementation processes, and supports the adoption of Adobe’s Experience Cloud.
• Apprentices join this team as early-career consulting talent.

What You Will Do:

• Shadow and assist senior consultants in translating customer business requirements into technicalsolutions, with increasing independence gradually.
• Learn to create and integrate content-driven applications on Adobe Marketing Cloud and CommerceCloud, supported by your mentor.
• Observe and support client-facing sessions during Months 1–2, progressing to assisted delivery fromMonth 3 onward.
• Contribute to implementation processes and documentation as part of the team.
• Support post-implementation activities including testing, documentation, and customer assistance.
• Attend scrum ceremonies and provide progress updates on assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech – 2025 or 2026 graduation or less than 6 months of total work experience for a 2025 batch pass out at the time of joining.
• Foundational knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a client-facing environment.

Good to have:

• Exposure to any one of: Java, Python, PHP, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs or web services concepts.
