Job Description:

• HCLTech Mega Walk-In Drive Freshers For International Voice Process.
• HCLTech is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the role of Process Associate.
• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in customer service and operations.
• Designation: Process Associate.
• Process: International Voice Process.
• Shift: US Shift.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches.
• Arts & Science graduates only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science disciplines.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the US Shift.
• Not Eligible: BE/BTech, M.Tech, MSc IT, MCA, IT-related Engineering Graduates.
