Job Description:

• VXI Global Solutions India Waklkin Drive For International Voice & Non Voice Process – Hyderabad.
• Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor.
• Department: Operations International Voice/Non-Voice Process.
• Reporting To: Team Leader.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisors to join our Operations team handling an International Voice Process.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
• Both Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/Operations experience are welcome to apply.

Shift Requirement:

• Willingness to work in night shifts, including graveyard shifts, and rotational shifts is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work as per business and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns over calls as per defined processes.
• Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality customer experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience in BPO/Operations/Customer Service are preferred for experienced positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Required 40WPM 90% accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen actively, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to accurately capture customer details and maintain documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates should have no pending academic backlogs.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
