Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
• As a fresher or early-career professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining seamless communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist senior project managers in creating project schedules, tracking daily progress, and updating status reports to ensure milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a dependable liaison between the technical/execution teams and clients to deliver prompt, clear, and professional updates.
• Meeting Support: Attend key project meetings, take detailed notes, and efficiently distribute action items and minutes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Documentation Management: Organize, update, and maintain crucial project documents, schedules, and deliverables on internal platforms.
• Risk Escalation & Troubleshooting: Proactively flag potential delays or roadblocks to the project manager and actively assist in troubleshooting issues before they impact timelines.
• Ownership: Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability for all assigned tasks from start to finish.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), B.com, Engineering (B.Tech), IT, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Prior exposure through internships, academic projects, or boot camps (0–1 year) is a distinct advantage.
• Attributes: High level of professionalism, strict attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with an ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an ability to adapt quickly to new internal software.
• Organization: Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with a proven knack for multitasking under pressure.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Team Dynamics: Basic team handling, interpersonal, and structured reporting skills.
