Job Description:

• Conduent Walkin Drive for International Voice Process.
• Job Role: Customer Support International Voice Process (Inbound Calls).
• Shift: Night Shifts.
• Transport: 2 Way Cab service with-in Hiring Zones.
• Work Mode: Work From Office Only.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Salary:

• Rs. 23000 – Take home/Month for Freshers.
• Up-to 28000 – Take home/Month for Experienced candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Note For Fresher Candidates: Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible to attend the interview.
• Note For Experienced Candidates Only: If previously employed, please ensure that you provide valid experience and relieving documents from your former employers.
• We require complete documentation to proceed with application.

Mandatory Skill:

• Candidates must have Good English communication skills, as this role involves handling international customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
