Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other assigned communication channels.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team as per company guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions following standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to quality standards, company policies, and customer service guidelines.
- Maintain schedule adherence and a strong attendance record.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
