Job Description:

• Omega Healthcare Walkin Drive Freshers For AR Callers (Voice/Semi Voice US Healthcare).
• Omega Healthcare is conducting a walk-in drive for fresh graduates to join our dynamic team.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits:

• Take-home salary: 16,000 to 18,000.
• 2-way cab facility provided.
• 5 working days (Weekends off).
• Observance of US & Indian Government holidays.

Shift Timings:

• 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
• 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates only: BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, BSc, BHM.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and Semi voice process.
• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• Only freshers eligible (Postgraduates, BPharma, MPharma candidates are not eligible).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with US insurance companies to check claim status.
• Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and resolve claim denials, including resubmissions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in internal systems.
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
