Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (No fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Salary: 15000/- to 19000/- (take-home after deductions).
• Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Good decision- making and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
