Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring for International Semi Voice Process.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a Chat, Call and provide resolution accordingly.
• Salary: Rs. 17000 to 26000/- (take-home after deductions).
• DOJ: 30th April 2026.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Work Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)/Graduation.
• Work Experience: 0 to 5 years.
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.

Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via chat, call and other electronic communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
