• Minimum one year of customer service experience in an international call center.
• Flexible for shifts. (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer Customer help requests received via chat/email in a professional, friendly and accurate manner
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Score high quality scores & extremely low tolerance for errors
• Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquires
• Attitude to learn new changes in the process quickly.
