Job Description:

• GSPANN Technologies is Looking for Recruitment Trainee who can join immediately and who must be comfortable with 2 years agreement.
• Work Mode: 5 days from office.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be 2 years Full Time MBA/PGDM Diploma in Human Resource.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
• Internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and updates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
