Job Description:

• Sagility India is hiring for HR Operations Intern – Bangalore.
• 3 months duration.
• Stipend: 20,000/ per month.
• Starts within 1 month.
• Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM (extendable as needed).
• Hybrid Mode: 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday).
• No cab facility.
• Work Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA HR freshers.
• Dual specialization: HR + Marketing can be considered.
• HR + Finance will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and good PPT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic and proactive attitude.
• Will be considered for on role opportunity based on the performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support in performance management and data-related tasks in Excel.
• Assist the HR Operations team with various operational activities.
• Contribute to activities related to the HR Generalist function.
