Job Description:

• Infosys BPM Walk in drive for Freshers BCom/BBA – Only for Graduation Passout- 2022 to 2025 at Pune.
• Shifts: 24/7.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.
• Domain Knowledge: Mortgage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Bcom, BBA, (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview).
• No BTech/BE/Any Postgraduate allowed for this current hiring.
• Drive is only for graduation passout in the year of 2022/2023 /2024/2025 (All semester result should be declared).

• Work Experience & Graduation year Should not be overlap.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good to have MS Office knowledge.
• Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
• Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
• Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
• Knowledge on Mortgage process is plus.
• Supporting L1 Service Desk/Ticketing Applications / Working on US Healthcare domain Applications.

 Documents to Carry:

• Please carry 2 set of updated CV (Hard Copy).
• Please carry Face Mask.
• Mandatory to Carry Identity proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card).

Interview Information:

• Reporting Time: 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM.
• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM).
• Round 2 – HR & Ops Screening Face to Face interview (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
• Post 11:30 AM (Entry not allowed).

Note 1:

• Candidates Needs to bring Pan card without fail for Assessment.
• Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding (all semester result should be declared).
• This is for Non Technical role (Data Process) – Banking, Health Insurance, Mortgage.
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
• Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education completed.
• Should be comfortable working from office ( 5 days in a week).
