Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring for International Chat Process.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly.
• Chat Salary Structure: 23k to 29K (Take home Salary after deductions).
• DOJ: 27th April 2026.
• Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
