Job Description:

• We are hiring the International Chat at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through Chats and other electronic communications and driving sales by promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Office-based).

Salary:

• Chat Fixed Time Salary: 15k (take-home after deductions.
• FTH: The fixed working will be for a period of 3-4 months, and it is a hybrid process, with a combination of work from home and work from office. During work, you will be provided with two systems and an internet connection.
• You will also be eligible for a retention bonus of 5000 rupees for each month of the contract. Which will be credited upon the completion of your contract.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational certificates are mandatory.
  Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inbound customer queries effectively by understanding customer concerns and providing suitable resolutions.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
