Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Chat Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chat and other electronic communications.
• Shift Details: Rotational US Shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (No fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Salary: Rs. 15,000 (take-home after deductions).
• DOJ – 23rd July 2026.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Office-based).

Skills Required:

• Strong Written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.

• Handle customer queries through chat support.
