• Wipro is hiring Freshers For Customer Associate – Pune.
• Shifts: 24/7 Rotational i.e. include night shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO/Call Centre).
• Strong communication skills for effective handling of customer queries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in blended processes (phone/email/chat) for efficient query resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
