Job Description:

• Cognizant Walkin Drive Freshers For  Process Executive (Voice) – Digital Marketing.
• Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO.
• Designation: Process Executive – Voice.
• Shifts: Rotational/Flexibility to work in night shift (24/7).
• Work Location: Gurgaon – permanent work from office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate (BTech, BSc IT, BSC Com Sci, MCA, Etc).
• PE Experience: 0M to 6M experience in Digital Marketing/Certification in Digital Marketing along with good communication skills.
• Certification: Required if Fresher.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
