Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Mega Walkin Drive For Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) – Navi Mumbai (Airoli).
• Work from office
• Shift Timing: 8 AM-8 PM any 10 hours for Male/Female.
• 5 days working & two Rotational week off.
• Age: 18-35 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries via call.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education & Experience: Any Graduate or undergraduate, Fresher or Experience (minimum 6 months on paper).
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

Key Skills:

• Basic English communications skills.
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
