Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive for International Semi Voice Process.
• Salary Structure: 15k-19k (Take home after deductions).
• Date of Joining: 12th August 2025.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat, call and provide resolution accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• Age Criteria: 18 Years to Below 35 Years.

Job Requirements:

• To provide support and resolve issues via chat, call and other electronic communication.
• Good Written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
