Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Semi-Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chats and calls.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Salary:

• Semi-Voice Salary Structure: 17,000 to 26,000 (take-home after deductions).
