Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring for International Voice Process.
• Voice Salary Structure: 23k to 43k (Take home salary after deductions).
• Date of Joining: 7th March 2025.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Job Requirements:

• To provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
