Job Description:

• VXI Global Solutions is hiring for the International Chat Process for Freshers.
• Night Shifts: Rotational Shifts.
• Salary: Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum (Rs. 15000/- as Take Home)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Freshers for International Chat Process.
• Minimum of two years college education.
• Not hiring any pursuing candidates.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Must have Excellent Communication skills in English grammar & Typing Speed of 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat for international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
• Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
• Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.
