Job Description:

• [24]7.ai  Virtual Hiring For International Process (Permanent) – Hyderabad.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.
• Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039.

Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Salary Structure:

• Chat Process Salary structure after all the deductions: 12-13k (DOJ: August 23rd).
• Semi-Voice Salary Structure after all the deductions: 15-19k (DOJ: August 23rd).
• Voice (Take home Salary after deductions for Fresher/Experienced) 19K-28k (DOJ: August 28th).

Interview Process:

• 1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round).
• 2. Assessment Test.
• 3. Manager Round.
