Job Description:

• Mphasis is Hiring For Payroll Analyst – Pune.
• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in Pune.
• The ideal candidate should have understanding of payroll procedures and related laws.
• You will be responsible for managing payroll activities, resolving payroll issues, handling terminations and separations, and producing various payroll reports.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pre-Payroll and post payroll activities like preparing reports, Check tracking etc.
• Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions.
• Responsible for Running off Cycle/on cycle Payroll in workday, validation of error reports and pay calc complete.
• Do research on mismatch and discrepancies related to client data.
• Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions.
• Handling email queries and Escalations
• Terminations – Deactivating the accounts of Inactive retirees.
• Working on Separations and Final pay of employees.
• Process all HR related invoices and submit for payment.
• Produce monthly OT and Leave reports.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of the payroll function.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
