Job Description:

• Coforge Opening’s For International Non Voice process/Only Fresher’s.
• Reports To: Associate Team Member.
• Shift Timings: Night Shift – 18.30 PM to 03.30 AM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Diploma Holder.
• Preferred knowledge email chat process.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
• Flexible to work in shifts based on the business requirement.

Soft Skills:

• Should have email etiquette and good communication skill.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Must be able to communicate with clients through emails.
• Should understand customers quarries.
• Good Reading Comprehension i.e. ability to read text, understand its meaning and process it.

Technical Skills:

• Computer skills: Windows OS, MS office.
• Must have a typing speed of min 35 WPM with an accuracy of 100%.

Essential Skills:

• Good skills in email writing and understanding customer communication.
• Good knowledge to identify documents.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
• Must be Target and Goal Oriented.
