Job Description:

• ControlM Testing Support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and support UAT test cycles through Control-M.
• Monitor UAT environment and applications and provide level 1 support to ensure service availability.
• Preparing test cases, uploading test results in QC and RTC.
• Prepare schedule for UAT cycles.
• Calender set up in ControlM.
• Providing frequent testing cycle updates to Business.
• Uploading schedule.
• Schedule changes for Monthly release.
• Incoporating changes in CTM schedule.
• CTM old schedules cleanup – Monthly once atleast.
• Support User Incidents.
