Job Description:

• Monitor alerts, report performance related issues like high CPU,disk,memory utilization, event management.
• Incident communication, notification and management for all incidents.
• Pro-active monitoring and reporting of critical application job failures to avoid SLA misses.
• Coordination with application and infrastructure support teams on open incidents and service requests.
• Monitoring of critical elements for applications and infrastructure servers and sensitizing the support groups on persistent alerts.
• Ticket logging on the basis of priority of issues.
• Monitoring change requests/ tasks/ work orders and ensuring follow up till closure.
• Service reporting on open incidents and service requests.
• Possess excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written).
• Must be proficient in English.
• Flexible to work in demanding 24/7 environment.
• Other duties as required.
